PARP Program Kicks off with Logo Contest Winners thumbnail162113

The district’s Pick a Reading Partner program kicks off this week and the official logo design winners have been chosen. Fifth graders Antonio Martino from Connolly, and Milo Walthers and Trenton Enrile from Landing created the logos based off of this year’s theme ‘Reading is my Superpower!’ The PARP logo contest is open to all students as part of art class and the winning logos will be featured on materials distributed throughout the district’s elementary buildings. PARP is a statewide PTA program that encourages parents to read with their children for at least 15 minutes daily.
